Meet the Staff
Miss Forbes: class teacher
Things I like:
I love sharing stories with children in my class.
My favourite story is ‘The Tiger Who Came to Tea’.
I like to learn new things.
I like to talk to children in my class about their interests.
Outside of school, I enjoy running and scuba-diving.
My favourite animal is a manatee
Things I don’t like:
I don’t like when children in my class do not use kind words. I don’t like pickles!
I promise:
I will try my hardest to make learning fun and exciting!
I will try my best to help you when you are stuck.
I will use my listening ears to listen to anything you want to share with me.
I expect:
You to treat everyone in your class and school with respect.
That you are welcoming to new adults and new children in school.
You to try your hardest in school!

Miss Burnett: teaching assistant
Things I like:
I like art and music.
I like to dance and be active.
I love sharks but my favourite household animal is a dog.
I love going on lots of adventures and exploring new places with my two little girls.
This year I promise to:
Help those who find things tricky.
Be there for you all if you need someone to talk to.
Important Information
- Year 1 start school at 8:55am
- You will enter school via the blue door in the classroom.
- You will leave school at 3:15pm via the blue door again.
- Your PE day will be a Wednesday, please come to school in your PE kit on this day.
