Buddies are pupils who help to make playtimes a happy time for children
The role of Playground Buddies involves:
- Each day take the fruit out to the yard and return it at the end of playtime.
- Help the teaching assistant to take the toys from the shed and put in the areas and return the toys at the end of each playtime.
- Hand out milk.
- Check no one is at the Friendship Stop and needs a friend.
- Play with lonely children.
- Help children who are hurt take them inside to the first aid chair.
- Make sure that the yard is clean and tidy.
