Recently, several girls from Year 5 and Year 6 qualified from the Derwentside Cross County League to take part in the Durham County Cross Country Finals held at East Durham College after. This is the first time children from Delves Lane Primary School have qualified for this event and is a fantastic achievement for all those involved. As expected, on the day the level of competition was very high and the girls show great spirt and determination competing against children from all across the county. A big well done to all those involved!
